My husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JPT Auto! You can drop off your car and they'll call you with a diagnosis and you can approve or deny the work. A good and trustworthy mechanic is so hard to find these days, I am so thankful to have found JPT. My entire experience with the shop and staff was great and I never felt like they were trying to add work just to drive up the cost. All of my questions were answered, all of my problems were fixed and the price was under what I was quoted. Excellent service! I will always recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic and I will always bring my vehicles here.

First time experiencing jpt Services I personally do not have my car there but we pulled my son's car there looks like they have plenty of business and very little room to Park which is unfortunate as their landlocked but I will have a further update on the rating once my son has the work done on his car of which he brought to a different shop for two previous problems. So hopefully this place as my son says comes with good reviews and I will leave an accurate one when I finish having them work on my son's vehicle but so far it looks high quality and professionally run .

Hey, just had my car taken into Zack and his team. Initially went in for breaks, but found out there was more wrong with the car. Loved the line of communication Zack kept with me. And saying any work I wanted done beyond breaks was my decision. They did not do any work without my knowledge or consent. Loved how easy JPT is to work with, and the quality of work when done. Also, found the price of the fixes to be very affordable and comparable to other places. Would highly recommend JPT to anyone in the future.

Amazing honest mechanic i would do business with at any point. He was the only one to help me over the phone after i called numerous mechanics. None of the other helped. This man saved me hundreds of dollars in tows and fixing by giving me help over the phone and being honest.
