I did traded with my jeep 2011, I was making sure I have everything to covered to have power steel cover and everything else, so I trades from my jeep to jeep 2019, I love it! After 2 month later, I found out that never put to approved all my coverage (warranty) i didnt know what it called. I traded jeep patriot 2011 into 2019, and ending up with no warranty coverage. I literally thought i have all coverage. I am Deaf with disabilities, I do struggling to read. But unfortunately they literally took advantage of me. And they never explained to me about warranty when I said. clearly will I get coverage for my power steel wheel, they said yes yes. Before I signed everything. They tricked me! I feel sad how dare they tricked disabilities people!

I would be weary of this place. They have cars on the website that “don’t exist”. Common bait and switch practices. They are Super pushy, don’t listen to what you want, and it was just an awful experience. I definitely didn’t buy a car here.

While I commend the salesman's professionalism, I was ultimately deeply disappointed and, frankly, affronted by the derisory trade-in offer presented. I was further disquieted to overhear a conversation wherein the dealership representatives explicitly acknowledged the potential to resell my meticulously maintained vehicle for $16,000, yet only offered a paltry $5,000. Given the impeccable condition of my vehicle, both mechanically and aesthetically, this discrepancy represents an egregious undervaluation. This dealership and the people working there ABSOLUTELY SUCK! I bought the most expensive 2020 Denali Dually that they sold during the Pandemic, and should have known from day 1 they would be terrible to work with over the life of the vehicle. They sold out their fleet of loaner vehicles, so whenever you have a warranty issue or need service, there are no loaners available. I own 5 other vehicles and do NOT have this issue with Audi/VW/Porsche/Jeep. Pure greed to sell off the loaner fleet and leaving customers high and dry.
