I took my vehicle in because the entertainment screen said "update failed, see dealer to restore system." I was told by the dealership the battery likely died during the install and that's what caused the update not to go through. They then told me they tested the battery, it was "low," and needed replaced. I declined having the battery replaced when they told me the cost to do so was $450. They still charged me $476.99 for diagnostics and to push through the corrupt software update. After leaving the dealership, I took my vehicle to 2 other automotive stores (who were only going to charge $250 for a battery, including install) for them to check the battery and replace, if necessary. Both stores checked the battery and told me there was nothing wrong with it and was not close to needing re

Abysmal, needed a new truck. Simple frontier, used. I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect. They failed to note it was a former smoker’s vehicle. I’ve owned former smoker vehicles that have been properly cleaned. You cannot tell. I genuinely don’t think they even cleaned it. Grime in the cupholders, the white paper mats covering the dirty floor boards, and the odor was extensive. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good heater from time to time. But they didn’t even try. I’ve done and purchased multiple trucks off the lot with my former business. Been there and done it with car salesman. Severely disappointed.
