I called several Tow Services to move my project car. Not only was Wallace the lowest bid. They were incredibly flexible with my needs (I couldn't tow an open engine in the rain), polite, and patient with me while I figured out a schedule to tow around the busy holiday. The tow driver kept fluid communication throughout the day, and worked around the small rain path that went through the city. Tow driver had a great attitude, shared in my excitement of my new project, and even helped me push my 72 Pontiac in my garage. There were no additional charges after the tow, and the initial estimate was exactly what I paid when the service was over. Thank you so much John of Wallace Towing & Repair. This frantic lady called him early Sunday morning and woke him up. My car was having major issues on the drive from Erie to Pittsburgh Saturday night. It was a miracle that we reached the hotel. But I had to figure out how to get my car back home 300 miles away. I didn't think it was drivable and called for a tow. John was very patient and calming. He gave me a quote for the tow. He also listened to me as I described what happened as I drove on highway. Fast Nd professional service to get to the scene, and get me to the respective garage to handle my issue. The drive there was no more then 15-20 mins. Only problem was the 582$ usd he charge me. Never paid that for towing. As mentioned, apart from that, very satisfied.

I am so grateful for Wallace T&R. Last night, my E brake failed and my car rolled down the driveway, across the busy street in front of our house and over the embankment on the opposite side of the road. This embankment is apprx 50 feet of steep incline into a residential neighborhood. A small tree trunk was all that was holding up my car and keeping it from rolling backwards into the neighborhood below. The police could not do much. I was so scared. Tow companies were either closed or could not arrive for 2+ hours. I called Wallace and they made it in 45 minutes. George pulled my car out without a scratch and I drove it to work this morning.
