#1 Cochran Honda Boardman Service

I was in the market for a new car and was referred by a good friend to Cochran Honda in Boardman, Ohio. I called and made my appointment with a salesman named Dion. The dealership opens at 10am, so I made my appointment for then. I drove my trade-in to the deal shop, went in asked for Dion. All of the staff that I spoke with & interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. Dion greeted me and we went outside & looked at my options for what Honda was a good fit for me. What I really appreciated was that Dion really listened to me & what I felt I needed in a car. He brought up a couple to look at. I had an amazing experience at this dealership where i bought a certified honda. Ron was extremely nice, helpful and straight forward. (Also had great non-car related conversations with him but that’s aside the point, what a great guy) I really enjoy that no one there is trying to be sneaky or pushy. You want the car they gonna go above and beyond to HELP you get the car. After leaving this dealership you will feel good about a deal that promotes win win situation. Couldn't be happier with not only my vehicle, but the service we received while there. They were all very professional and courteous, it was a very painless process. I had an issue with a tire on my brand new vehicle they thought they had resolved but when I still had an issue they took care of it no questions asked...thanks guys we appreciate you!

Shout out to Service Manager Jake and Technician Chris for helping us out at 4pm on a Friday afternoon (6/28/24) on our way home from Michigan to Delaware. Our Odyssey was making a weird rumbling noise while driving that was getting progressively louder. I thought it might be a failing wheel bearing, so we googled and then called the nearest Honda Dealer from the highway - #1 Cochran in Johnstown. Even though the service bay was only open for an additional hour when we got there, Chris drove the car, confirmed the noise, put it on the lift, and then discovered that the problem was that the front passenger wheel lug nuts loosening.
