I have owned many high end vehicles and this was the best service experience I have ever had. I was immediately greeted, checked in and given a Lyft to work. A few hours later I received a video of the inspection and another link for a Lyft to return to pick up my car. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to others. All I can say is great customer service. In need of a car I found one I liked at this dealership, and from first contact with Richard, my salesman, he went above and beyond. He sent me personalized videos of the car, and answered all questions I may have had. The experience only got better when I made it out there. The service was efficient and thorough. Recommendations were well-explained and very reasonable; the accompanying video was extremely helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and relatively quiet. Because the waiting area is adjacent to the three service coordinators' stations, interactions with other customers were observable and the dozen or so that occurred during my wait were conducted professionally and in one difficult case, compassionately and effectively.

Overall a pretty great experience. I was originally scheduled to have my car inspected on Dec. 30th, but they managed to get me rescheduled for Jan 2nd when the big snow storm hit. I dropped off my car and went about my day. They reached out with a video of my inspection, showing all of the major things they check, which was pretty cool. They also managed to get a recall repair added to my appointment same-day. When I got back, the car was clean and ready to go, with absolutely no hassles. I don't have a lot of experience with dealership service departments in my life, but I have a hard time imagining most of them are run this smoothly or pleasantly. I highly recommend, especially if your vehicle is under warranty or on a lease.
