If I could leave zero stars, I would. Purchasing a used vehicle for my son through this dealership was an actual nightmare. I was lied to repeatedly about policy’s and the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle we purchased stalled on the showroom floor before we test drove it and I was assured it would be replaced. Then I was yelled at for asking that it actually be replaced and was told it “tested fine”. They lost the main key for the vehicle and it took 2 weeks of the alarm sounding off every time my son unlocked the car before we actually got him a real key. They were rude, spoke over me repeatedly, and treated me as if I knew nothing because I am woman. However, when my husband called, it was quite a different story. Amazing people. From the first moment I called on the phone (I'm from indiana), they made me feel like family. Got me a great car at a good price, dealt with all the paperwork including plates in my state saving me a trip to the dmv. Cant recommend them enough.
