1 Stop Auto Repair

I wen’t in for a basic oil change and inspection and communicated to them to make sure that they put the splash cover on right. They said they checked it and it was good. After that I said sounds good and drove 20 miles back home just to find out that my splash cover was dragging the whole time. I was playing music and didn’t realize it until my friend pointed it out. I ended up calling and sending photos of the damage to 1 Stop. They took a few hrs to pick up the phone and reply. They then said we can’t give you a refund but we can order a new part on Monday the 29th and they’ll let me know. They also knew that I was military and was leaving the following week back to my duty station. Turns out without a website or a warning from the employee they closed the rest of that week. I paid almost $600 last year to have my cam shaft sensors replaced. Fast forward (1 year exactly) my check engine light comes one. I take my car to Auto Zone to get assessed and they tell me the cam shaft sensors need to be replaced. I take the car back to 1 Stop. They tell me that they will check it because the parts come with a warranty and if they’re faulty they will replace them. They call and tell me the reason my engine light is on is due to my car not having oil in it. I pay $65 for an oil change. They tell me that they reset the engine light and that I just need to check weekly to make sure there’s oil in the car and I shouldn’t have any issues. The very NEXT day my engine light is BACK on!
