They did a great job replacing my axle. I really appreciated the fact that they wanted me to call my warranty company first to make sure it would be covered. Honestly they could have done the work and not cared if the warranty covered it or not. I took 1 star off because they up charged their car parts so I still had to come out of pocket which sucks. Overall, this place is good and the people are nice and didn't mind answering my questions. I will be back.

Got it done quick! Full service tire shop with several bays and lots of guys working. I needed a weird unusual size of trailer tire and they had it in stock. Great shop

Let me take a minute and tell you all how awesome and amazing 1 Stop Auto Shop in Champaign IL is. I blew a tire on I-57. I was able to put the spare tire on and bring my car to them. I was just going to get the one tire replaced but then Andy and one other very helpful worker said that they had time and they could put all brand new ones on...I truly needed them they were in no way trying sell me stuff that I didn't need. Gave me a loaner car to go get breakfast and just a bit over an hour I received a call that they were all finished and I could get back on the road. Thank you to all of the staff there for making a bad situation into a huge sigh of relief, easy, and safe travels in the future. Highly recommend them for residents and travelers driving through for any vehicle needs...they p

Don't go to this place. They couldn't even get my name right. They kept my car for 1/2 a day, didn't bother to tell me. They are now telling me they can't fix it until Friday. Zero chance of ever going back here again.
