1 Stop Auto Shop of Bloomington

Got scammed here. Had a bunch of check engine lights come on with a Honda Pilot and took it here. Recommended a battery change for a 4 month old battery, said the brand was crappy (Die Hard), but then put a new Die Hard battery in! Very bad call there, thought I would trust them just this time. Also recommended spark plug change. All of this plus the diagnostic fee came out to $900 and every single check engine light came back on the very next day. Called to ask for the money back on the battery and he said I would have to take the car back in to see what the issue was and couldn’t make any guarantees. Figured I didn’t want these guys touching my car one more time so I was not coming back to argue more. Save some time and go to a higher end auto shop with 1k+ reviews. Bad!

Rob and his team are fantastic. They are great business partners. I have witnessed them going above and beyond for all their customers. Great team here.

Can not recommend this shop more. I had multiple issues with my vehicle one of which was a very frustrating check engine light issue that we couldn’t get to the bottom of. They kept trying and took great care of us. Will continue to take any vehicle I have here!

Great shop; wonderful people. Been taking our vehicles there since we moved here a couple of years ago. A recent example of their terrific service. Had my car battery die while doing errands. Called 1 Stop, which just happened to be a few stop lights away. They don’t offer a towing service but Quinton kindly offered to drive to my location to jump my car. Thanks Quinton and 1 Stop!
