From start to finish, the staff was friendly, transparent, and genuinely walked me through everything they were doing — no guesswork, no pressure, just straightforward explanations. They diagnosed my issue quickly and clearly, and the repair was done right the first time. It’s hard to find an auto shop that actually feels like they care about their customers, but this team delivered exactly that. I’ll absolutely be back next time my car needs attention. Travelling from MN to Wyoming I encountered failure with the 4 wheel drive system on my pickup truck. Not being familar with any automotive repair shops, I gave 1 Stop Automotive a call based on previous reviews. They got my vehicle into the shop promptly, located the malfunctioning part and made the necessary repairs and I was on my way. However a couple days later, I experienced the same failure. Contacted the folks at 1 Stop and they immediately got me into the shop. Finding additional problems, made necessary repairs and sent me on my way. Incredibly I experienced a similar malfunctioning 4 wheel drive failure after two more days. Once again the personnel got me into the shop promptly, discovered an electrical breakdown in the system that resulted in requiring the replacement of previo

I got stranded in billings montana due to an alternator. They offered me not only the best rate, but also bumped my vehicle up in the que due to a cancelation and got the job done before I could even get home! Their the friendliest shop I've talked to and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I am so appreciative of Jerry and the crew I was told by 2 different shops what they thought was wrong with my car. Jerry diagnosed in a few minutes just by a sound., and fixed it in a few minutes. They are the best. I love the atmosphere and they show you that they really do care. 1 Stop Automotive is the only place I will take my vehicles from now on. 10 out of 10 best mechanics around.

Could not be happier. Chris and Jerry provided top notch customer service and the technician’s repair was flawless. I drive for a living and my timing chain failed 600 miles from home. It wasn’t a cheap repair by any means but it was done on time and it came in a few hundred less than I was quoted. I am so happy I chose this shop for repairs because they fixed it right and got me back to work as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Thank you guys. I will bring the shop donuts next time I’m passing through.
