1 Towing

I would have given them a zero star rating if possible. I waited for over 14 hours for my truck to be delivered. The driver, after lying repeatedly, finally admitted that he went to take his niece out for her birthday before dropping off my vehicle. It was an out-of-town towing. My truck broke down going south. When the driver got into Columbus instead of dropping the vehicle off he went to celebrate a birthday. Meanwhile, it greatly delayed getting truck repaired. Happy birthday to his niece I suppose. I understand not wanting to pay for travel but this is ridiculous. You should have just dropped it off first. I paid a lot of money for the tow. I hope she had a great birthday, sincerely. But it would have been great to have my truck available to work on to get it back on the road.

This was an amazing experience. I was stranded on Christmas day and needing to get home. I got a call and within 20 minutes this wonderful man came and had my car started within a couple minutes. He was so professional, clean cut, and very understanding. I am very impressed and would highly recommend him to anyone in that area. Thank you for being so kind and professional. Susan Hilf

Brett was very nice to work with. I called him during a heavy snowfall and he followed through with his promise. I would recommend this company if you need help. Good service and a pleasant man.

Contracted through Good Sam roadside assistance. They were great and very helpful. The towing company is outstanding. They arrived when they said they would. The driver was pleasant and got right to work and loaded it up on a rollback. It's a big Ram ProMaster 3500 extended, high roof and he did a real good job of getting it up on the rollback and taking it up to Chillicothe to the repair shop. Can't say enough good about them. The owner is great too. He personally went over to the repair shop to make sure it was delivered. I highly recommend them.

All the way from Indiana I can not scream loud enough to tell you how amazing this guy is! This was the best service I have ever had in my life! Talk about a genuine person and good deeds this guy sure was heaven sent today! Fast and great service and also the sweetest man to walk this earth! After a tire blow out he was there in minutes to help my dad and get him back on the road! PLEASE EVERYONE USE THIS COMPANY AND I PROMISE YOU WONT BE SAD YOU DID!!!!!
