10-4 Tow of McKinney

We had an unfortunate incident where kiddo pulled forward over the parking curb instead of backing up and ended up on the cement block on a crazy incline. This was the 3rd place we called, just based on how google results came up with closest location to where we were. First company told me 2-3 hour minimum before someone could come out and wanted me to email pictures and all kinds of nonsense just to see if they’re available. Second company answered then sent me to voicemail. These guys answered right away, told me someone could be out 30-45 minutes and that’s exactly what happened. Driver was very meticulous, double-triple-quadruple checked everything multiple times, from every possible angle to ensure safety and care for the vehicle as much as possible. My car died yesterday and they came and towed it for me to the mechanic. Mike was professional and prompt and was careful with my car. Will use them again if I ever need a tow.

These people are rude as hell. I called to get a quote, and the Rep wanted to argue about why I should pay $300 for 24 miles; when I told him it was too high, he hung up in my face. This is not customer service, and many competitors are out there. I buy cars and sell them back for a living. Treat your customers or your potential customers with respect!!!

Just called and tried to get a tow but the lady on the phone sounded high and could not understand a word I was saying.
