10-4 Tow of Vista

Don't use this company. Asked for a quote on a tow. Got a quote of 140. They said 1 hour away. Called me an hour later driver said 10 minutes. Then 40 minutes after saying 10 minutes. Charged my son 85 extra to use a 4x4 block to load truck on flat bed. They should call this company scam and late towing.

Highly recommend Guy if you need a tow! I scheduled pick up the night before and he came right on the dot, price was great, and he was very kind during a stressful time.

HORRIBLE service. Was stuck on the side of the freeway waiting for a tow service for around 2 1/2 hours just for no one to show up. Dispatcher, named Rose, said it was around a 45min-1 hr wait. After the hour had passed I called twice and every time would get the same response “they’ll be there in 10-15 mins” and no one ever showed up. Ended up canceling tow and using a different company that ACTUALLY showed up.
