10 Minute Oil change

This place was only supposed to do an emission test on my car to get my registration sticker which was $18.50, and the machine they used to check it they hooked it into the wrong part of my car . They plugged their machine into the tracker on my car instead of the part to check the CODES which BENT the pins. I had to take my car to the dealership to find that out. Went back up there and asked for a supervisor and one of the workers was VERY unprofessional, and RUDE, his exact words was I was a STUPIDO. He would not have said that to a male customer. Luckily my car is still under warranty, and I got the help from the dealership. But the worker was very unprofessional and rude. Who is management because that employee was not supposed to be unprofessional?

I have been going there for years. Went in for a state inspection for my Corvette and they pulled out my cabin air filter and asked me if I wanted it changed. I advised them that I have all my service done at one Chevy dealership. I went to get my oil changed from Chevy and found out that 10 minute Oil Change never put my air filter back in. I tried to discuss the issue with the 10 Minute, but the worker and manager were rude and basically ignored me! I will never go back to that location!

My family and I have been going to them for over 20 years. I won’t let anybody else touch my car. Great service every time!

Predatory practices used here. Normal up sale on the air filters and stuff. Mumbles and you end up paying synthetic oil prices for regular oil. Never going back will not recommend Will tell others to avoid this place

They are fair and do good work. I have gone to this location many times over the last 4 years. No problems with the work they do.
