What a great experience! While traveling through the area, my 2017 Chevy Truck started having issues when trying to start. This shop took me in right away. The owner personally drove to parts store to pick up a new starter and they had me fixed and back on the road in 2 hrs. The guys in the shop were very professional, courteous and efficient. The shop is very clean and professional looking as well, which is a plus. Thank you 191 Service Center for your professionalism and prompt service!

I was driving through the Red River gorge after hiking and my back break locked up. I stopped in on a late Friday afternoon they looked at everything, ordered parts and had me back up in running. They didn't over charge or take advantage of me. Jody the office manager kept me and my gf entertained while Derek the mechanic fixed my truck. Just over all the best experience at an auto shop I've ever had. I wish they had a shop near my home town!

Had a great experience here at 191. They totally saved us and did good work for a fair price. Very glad to know there is a nice, fully equipped garage nearby when needed. Junior and Tammy seem like very nice people and the mechanics were quick and friendly also.

Traveling through from out of town. I ran into problems with rattling and rubbing sounds in this front steering area. Took it to 191 service center on a Saturday morning. They looked at it immediately and quickly found the problem. A missing caliper bolt. The mechanics were honest, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. They could have but did not take advantage of me. They only charged me for the bolt and labor. I wish this shop was up by where I live. Additionally the shop was very clean and organized. I can't praise the shop enough. They deserve your business.

Needed to find somewhere that had my brake pads and would install them. I live in NC and made the drive to Kentucky and needed them done before I came back. They were very friendly and worked on my car quickly to get me back on the road. They’re awesome and I would go there again in a heartbeat! Thank you guys!
