We had a problem with our truck,misfire on 4.I called up there and spoke to an older lady she was so helpful.They had the plug and coil,went there pick it up and back on the road again.Thank you for your help you are one of the nicest lady to meet.

I went in from out of state with a truck problem. I needed transmission fluid put in my truck, but didn't know how. He was SO professional and kind enough to take the stuff outside and to put some in, even showing me how to check the level! I hadn't even paid for anything yet!! The lady inside was sweet, too! When I'm down home at dad's, I will always give them my business!
I am so thankful to find this NAPA in the Red River Gorge area. I was here from out of state, and they had everything I needed to fix my car. The lady was SO friendly and helpful, and I was back on the road in no time.
This is My car parts place. They're great! I call them with what I need and it's waiting for Me when I get there.
