I'm so very pleased! I went in last night right before close pretty much on a flat. I met with Tony and Rocco who were both friendly, professional, and I was given options to get me back on the road safely. I ended up getting a plug. I've been looking at getting all 4 of my tires replaced for about a month but wasn't thrilled enough with any of my options to make it happen. I was so impressed by this shop's cleanliness, Tony and Rocco's friendliness, and the quickness of everything that I went ahead and set up to get all 4 new tires today. I was given an estimate at the lower end of everywhere else I had checked out previously... and it was WELL worth it. Time is money... and the extra $30 I paid over the lowest estimate I had received already was worth waiting for 20-25 minutes, vs sitti

I had a really disappointing experience at 192 Wheels and Tires. They didn't balance my tires correctly and messed up mounting something else on my vehicle, and when I came back to get it fixed, they were super dismissive. Plus, their website said they closed at 7 PM, but they acted like I was showing up after hours. Definitely wouldn't recommend them—they clearly prioritize sales over fixing their mistakes or caring about customers.

UPDATE* I've had a terrible experience at 192 Wheels and Tires. I came in around 6 PM, an hour before their stated closing time, but they acted like they were already closed. I even offered a tip to get them to do the work. After a few days, I noticed my car felt bumpy because they didn't balance the tires correctly. When I called a week later, the owner was unprofessional and refused to help, saying I should have called sooner. He took my money and didn't fix the issue. Stay clear of this place!

Tire tech went above and beyond to source the specific tires i was looking for and even got a better deal than i had expected. While mounting my new tires he let me know of some worn suspension components which i really appreciated. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks guys
