Super nice in person. Countless issues, terrible communication, didn’t have all documents sent to me at time of purchase and had to ask multiple times for them. One year later and my drive shaft literally fell off and my transmission is getting replaced 13 months after purchase, countless sensor problems, needed two new tires Also, they tried making me feel bad for having to bring the truck in multiple times after purchase because of issues I was having after purchase. Here I am spending about 5,000$ in repairs in the first year and losing money from my business because my truck is in the shop. Just beware to anyone that thinks they are getting a great deal!

Recently purchased a GTI from 1NCE Driven. Deep was our salesperson, and he made the process very simple. Very transparent on pricing with absolutely no pressure for add-ons. He was able to work out good financing as well. Would recommend for anybody looking to purchase a used vehicle.

We went here with the intentions of looking at a vehicle that we had seen online and liked. We called first to check if the car was still available today and the person who answered the phone was very professional. When we arrived we were greeted right away by Mr.Deep and shown exactly what we asked for, we were left to explore the vehicle on our own which was very nice not having a salesman pushing information on you when you want to browse. Mr.Deep showed us where the vehicle was, gave us the keys and said we could take it for a test drive. Upon returning from the test drive Deep was very professional and willing to work with us on our purchase.
