I could rate less than 1 I would. I have never bought a car from there but witnessed a car recently purchased being worked on. They purchased a car and within 1 week had to replace headlights AND brakes.

I’ve been waiting to give as honest of a review as possible. So here goes …Drove two hours to look at a particular vehicle, saw that it had rust so decided not to buy it. I was shown a different vehicle in the same price range although the sticker price said $57something and the purchase price ended up $59something. I’m not sure why I didn’t say anything at the time, but the salesman was very talkative.. friendly, but talkative and the conversation got way off track. I bought the alternate car and feel I got a fair trade in on mine. Call the next day to ask if I could bring the car back as I didn’t know anything about BMWs other than they look good. Be careful with the car lot they will sell you junk at a high price and they don’t have any feelings about doing people wrong

I just recently purchased my car from 1st Ave Auto. It was well worth the drive from Waterloo. Heidi and Michael are great people to deal with. They're low pressure and don't use the silly tactics that other car sellers use. They're honest and straight forward. It's like buying a car from a friend. I highly recommend them.
