My husband and I take our vehicles to Jim’s Auto Body for both big and little jobs, and we always know we’re in good hands. Jim and his team are super nice guys who are incredibly knowledgeable — fair, quick, and always deliver high-quality work. The battery in my car died, so I walked over to this repair shop and asked for help. Josh immediately said he'd help me. We got my car to the shop and he installed a new battery. The whole experience took only about 30 to 45 minutes. Awesome service. Thanks Josh!

I was very blessed to have been directed to 1st Ave. Jim was very kind and made the experience less stressful. My car was making this horrible sound, and I misdiagnosed the issue. Jim took a peak and found the culprit, walked me through it and the cost. After it was finished, he shared that he found a way to help with the cost by finding a better deal on some part(s). I am incredibly grateful and would recommend 1st Ave to anyone who asked.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They did an alignment on my Dodge Journey and explained that it's a common defect in manufacturing giving me a run down of how and why it's an issue in the first place. They did the alignment and provided me a quote to get the kit and fix it completely. Fantastic customer service!

I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. Not only was customer service seriously lacking, they broke numerous things on my car (a giant crack in the radiator was the biggest issue). I brought the car back to them & they found a old existing- very small crack that they blamed for my antifreeze POURING out of my car after driving it exactly 6.2 miles. Mind you I drove the car from Brainard to Rice & back to Little Falls the day BEFORE bringing it in here- nothing was waterfalling out of my engine but, they "fix" the car & I drive it 6.2 miles home to have my car hemorrhaging fluid everywhere.... ummm ok? Due to this small existing crack they then informed me how much it would be to fix the numerous things they broke & half-assedly tried to glue a few things back together- which broke a
