First review of my life- I had a blowout on the side of the road coming back from Detroit Lakes. I have a bad knee from an accident so I was hobbling along about to put my spare on when Hunter showed up and gave assistance. A true professional and got me back on the road faster than I could have fumbled around. Went to the shop, at his recommendation, in Little Falls. They quickly put a new tire on and I headed on my 2.5 hour journey home. You guys showed what a business should be. Thank you Hunter and Team. Highly recommend this business.

Great experience! 100/10 recommend. I drove in there quick with a tire leaking air (could hear it) on my way from Brainerd to St. Cloud. They didnt even hesitate to take a look at it and patched the tire right up. Within 15 minutes I was on my way again. Made for a great experience, super friendly staff! I will be going there again.

Can’t say enough good things about Les Schwab. Knowing them from the Pacific Northwest it’s great to see this small town treasure. While getting my tires replaced they also let me know that my brake pads were low, I just had it serviced at the dealer with no mention off issue, and that my rotors were past being able to be resurfaced and had to be swapped out. They were able to get all of that taken care of for me. Lifelong Schwabs customer!!!

Great experience start to finish. Manager Hunter gave me a solid deal on my tires and impressed me with his knowledge of both tires and Ford trucks. Jacob went above and beyond on my alignment — not just for my RAV4, but also for my buddy’s truck — and his attention to detail really stood out. Brian provided excellent service, and on my second visit another team member greeted me right at my car and took great care of me (wish I remembered his name). The whole team here is professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They’ve earned my trust and my future business. Highly recommend the Little Falls Les Schwab.

These guys are awesome!! We ran a bolt through our tire while on hwy 10 and it was after hours and the gentle there not only stayed late but fixed our tire so we could be on our way. The best customer service I’ve seen in many years!!! And all done with a smile!!!!! Awesome job to Keven and Hunter of the Little Falls store!!!
