I stopped by today and the 2 guys that came out were very rude and unprofessional. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and they kept making rude comments about my husband. One guy even said you got to pay more for him to fit in it! That comment was so rude. We actually had cash money but after the rudeness we left. We just moved down here and looking for another vehicle but would not ever buy anything from this place! I’ve never felt so bad for my disabled husband for the remarks they kept saying over and over again! I’ve never encountered this type of rudeness before!

I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape in July 2023 for my daughter who was going to college. There were high miles on the vehicle but checking the car fax the vehicle was in for routine maintenance, so the mileage was highway mileage. The car was very clean even under the hood. I dealt with Keith who was more than friendly. Took the car home and the check engine light came on. Called Keith and he said to bring the car back and they will take care of it. Got the vehicle back and about a week or so the check engine light came on again. Took it back and again they fixed the issue. They replaced the coils. A few weeks later and the check engine light came on again. I took it to a Ford dealership, who stated there was coolant intrusion in the engine. After I did some research, I found out this was a d

⭐ If I could give 0 stars, I would. The owner or manager was extremely rude and unprofessional — even made racist remarks. The vehicles are overpriced, and several had check engine lights on when I tried to inspect them. When I pointed it out, they started yelling and kicked me off the lot. I’ve been in the car business myself, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this place.

I bought my first truck from them and they were extremely helpful and friendly, great service and Keith helped set up the whole process of buying it a couple days early while they waited on a check to be sent from them from my bank to finish the purchase. Also had the F150 checked out by a mechanic friend and he found nothing in it that would be a cause for concern there were even some new parts installed in it, oil was good, transmission was good, interior is really clean only negative thing about it was the mileage but I already knew that before buying and even then it’s nothing to be worried about. Would definitely recommend buying used vehicles from them.

Yea I bought a car from here the first day I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on then I took it back and they said they fix it and now I have a car that does not run and 11,000 down the drain now. And I only had the car for less than 2 months
