Let me start by saying I have a decade of professional experience in Automotive. I’ve seen and experienced the good, bad and ugly. In some ways, it’s made me incredibly critical of operations and service provided. In some ways, it’s made me very sympathetic to the grind and the BS that shops deal with from bad customers. After lurking for a few months and monitoring reviews on 1UP, I decided to reach out and see if they could become my go-to, with that old school “Mom & Pop Shop” feel. Justin has been working on my 2019 Audi b9 s5 since I got it over a year ago even before he owned the shop! He does nothing but amazing work.. Super great customer service skills and definitely the best price anywhere in the area for German cars. Most recently, we did a high-pressure fuel pump upgrade, An aftermarket transmission mount, Monthly inspections, Pads and rotors all the way around. My car is Stage 2 so requires more maintenance & Justin Gets the job done! 10/10 Recommend him for any work you need done to your Car!

I'm thrilled! I've found an honest and trustworthy mechanic. I had an AWESOME experience at 1UP Complete Auto Care. Justin is mechanic and shop owner and he's awesome. Transparent, trustworthy, and an upstanding guy who knows his stuff. He'll WILL give you common sense advice on what needs attention and repair. But he WON'T try to sell you every repair under the sun. I think the biggest compliment I can give is just to say that: If my mom lived nearby, I’d even trust Justin to work on her car — no questions asked. And I wouldn't feel the need to tag along because I’d know she’d be treated with honesty. What a relief to have found someone I can trust with my wheels!

Ever since I discovered this shop, I take all my cars here. They do honest, quality work, and you can genuinely tell the mechanic isn’t trying to give anyone a run for their money. They’re fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. The front receptionist is always super friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. And they even have a little shop kitty named Molly who greets customers! She’s so lovable and playful and definitely helps the time go by faster while you’re waiting. Amazing customer service all around — 5 stars every time.

100% RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! I have been dealing with a few issues with my 2015 Nissan Tiatan after the dealership didn't help me. Justin went right to work and fixed what needed to be done so I have a safe and reliable vehicle with reasonable pricing as well! Between Justin and bree their customer service is above and beyond and they literally made me feel comfortable and even showed me and explained in detail what was done. Exceptional service, I am proud to call Justin my mechanic and have peace of mind knowing all my vehicles will get the attention they need! My daughters first car is going to him next, I don't trust anyone else to touch it but Justin! Thank you guys so much! Besides the phenomenal work I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and laughs and jokes!
