24 HOUR CAR WASH HATFIELD

This car washes wrecked my car, was not working properly, only dumped soap on my car, then nothing else happened. Not the 1st time I've used it, so well aware how it works, once soap was dumped a red light kept going off to back up, over and over, nothing happening, then hear this terrible noise, this is what it did to my car. Not the 1st person this has happened to.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and always purchased the premium wash and tire shine. Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my opinion. When I pulled in, there was barely any water or soap coming out. Luckily, I was able to pull out before the brushes started dry-scrubbing my brand new car, which could have caused a lot of damage. I contacted the owner right away, but instead of acknowledging the issue, he told me that from what I described, it sounded like everything was working as it should. My car has gotten cleaner from a $10 at home car wash in my neighborhood, instead of the $22 I paid here. The dryer didn’t dry the car, and many spots on my car were still dirty.

Literally worst car wash ever. Rinsed the car for $10. That was it. No attendant. How is this place in business? Posting sign.

I've been a happy customer of this car wash for a while, but I recently had a very disappointing experience. I took my car I bought last year that still had the "new car smell" through the wash, and immediately afterward, a horrible sewage-like smell started coming from the air vents whenever the system was on. I was terrified and have done everything I can to resolve it. I changed the air filters, used disinfectant sprays, and cleaned the interior thoroughly, however, it's been over three weeks and the unpleasant smell is still coming from the air system. It seems something from the wash got into the HVAC system, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. I'm giving two stars only because I was previously a satisfied customer.
