These people are so sweet and amazing first we were completely screwed by Joe Cooper now being screwed by insurance company. What they dont know is i live with Lupus and RA my husband bought me this car so I am not stranded and I have heat and ac. He tried so hard to make sure to take care of me and our children bc he works out of town. He worries while he isnt home. These people have went above and beyond for me and my family. They have no idea how much I appreciate them and all they are doing for us. They dont know us we are just customers to them! They are treating us like FAMILY! So what im saying is if you want an amazing body shop with amazing people that treat you like family this is the place to go. Feel like I need to show appreciation after another great experience. Hit a deer and finally had time to take it to the body shop. I talked to DT and he explained the process of repairs and timeline. Kassi kept in constant communication the entire time so I can get my rental returned and truck picked up in one swoop.. Such a smooth process and great results. Highly recommend.
