27th St. Automotive - Eagle

I took my Jeep into 27th St Auto in Eagle for an oil change. They also did a inspection of the entire vehicle which was included in the cost of the oil change. I was very impressed with everyone is came in contact with. The price was very good and the service was excellent. They have a new customer and I will definitely go back to them.

Excellent service. Professional and friendly. Their diagnosis of my vehicle was very thorough. It included a printed copy of any issues (including photos) recommended repairs and an estimated repair cost. All for me to approve before any work started. This was awesome. I would highly recommend 27th Street Automotive for anyone needing auto repair or service. Great job.

I came in for an oil change. My car received a very thorough inspection and recommendations for certain scheduled maintenance. The work was completed at a fair price. We're going to be regular customers here with both of our vehicles.

I had an awesome experience here! I dropped my car off on a Friday and by the end of the day I already had my estimate. By Monday, the work was completely done and my car was ready to go. Super fast turnaround! What really impressed me was a few days later, Trish called to let me know they found a correction on my bill and were refunding me part of my payment. That kind of honesty is rare and really shows they care about their customers. Great service, great communication, and very trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

5 Star experience! Took our son’s 2015 Jeep into them that was experiencing a massive oil leak and overheating. They diagnosed it quickly and found the Jeep dealer in Pullman, Washington spilled oil on the top of the engine while serving it and also failed to reconnect the electric cooling fan on the radiator. Working perfectly now!
