I would recommend 3d tire & service to repair anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable. The best customer service and reasonable prices. They go the extra mile. Recently I had experienced an issue with the air conditioning and they stepped up and completed this repair in the time that was stated and for slightly the under the amount quoted. It was really nice being at the shop seeing all of the ball teams that they have supported. This is your go to shop if you want local service from a business owner who supports the community!! Fantastic auto repairs and services. They give tune-ups, repair brakes, good tire service, and the owner and technicians are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly! 5 stars for sure!!

They did a solid repair, and in a timely manner. Everything held, I had no problems with that. However, apparently it's worth $300 of my money to not press out the ball bearings. Worse? They lied about it. It's not because they don't have the tool (it probably actually is)... It's because they'll "bend the control arms when removing the ball joints"....... It's 5 mil automotive grade *steel*. You're not bending that on accident, I'm sorry. Friendly people, good work, but if this is how little the customer matters to them, then I'm not going back. They knew ahead of time my money was tight. They could have at least tried.

Had a radiator replaced on a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. Dropped of in am ready by late morning. Reasonable price with no hassle. Will recommend to anyone in the area who needs repairs done to their vehicle.

Every one of them was absolutely amazing. They fixed my tire on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade as well as my 2017 Cadillac CTS. I think it’s the perfect place to go if you’re looking to get work and they are very fair on the price is not only that they are Local and have been here in Greencastle Indiana for a very long time.
