#3 Gerald's Tires & Brakes

SKETCHY PEOPLE!!! Beware!!! Had a horrible experience at this store. I had a nail in my tire in one of the new tires I brought from them two weeks ago. (Which I was pressured into buying). The guy Bree who originally pressured me into getting two new tires told me the tire had a sun ring around it, blamed me and told me I would have to buy a new one. I explained I just got my rim fixed and just brought these tires two weeks ago which (I had the receipt in hand) from them how is that possible when the low pressure tire warning came on yesterday. I told him I wasn’t buying a new tire and he can just patch it up. He refused to patch it up. The employee Bree who is the lead refused to call the manager for me and yelled at me when asked again “I’m not going to tell him how to run his store”. I

Fast, efficient, easy. Drove in and out within about 20 mins today to get a Tyre fitted and balanced to a new rim. All staff I spoke to were friendly and polite. Thank you!

been in charleston over 25 years and Gerald’s is always a good experience and the only place i go for tire work. i stopped by this morning with a nail in my tire and the crew Gavin, Tirik and James led by Braelyn knocked it out. always friendly, helpful and respectful of everyone that come into the shop. 10/10 would recommend!

As a female, I am always skeptical to go into a place to have something fixed on my car. The staff here was SO kind and fixed my car right up. Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise, it made my visit super comfortable and in the process you made a lifelong customer. Thank you again!!

This #3 location is simply the BEST!!! Very friendly staff and most EFFICIENT🙌 I have visited the other locations the day before but unable to get help — there wasn’t no place to even park my car! To my delight this place is located next to Doscher’s Grocery now a Laundry mat thus plenty of room to park even if you need to wait. The free red rose 🌹 is simply icing on the cake ♥️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED🙌
