I highly recommend this place before a dealership! The tech, Mr Gomez was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I got from the dealership to let me know what was going on with my car. I got a lot more work done on my pilot that really needed to be done for half the price from the other guys. They know what they are doing and they have the same warranty! I'm glad I found them and will always bring my Honda to them for any repairs that I'm not able to accomplish myself. Thank you so much guys!! And I will always recommend them to everyone that has a Honda or Acura!

Honda Medics did a great job with my vehicle! They thoroughly inspected it, and even took a drive with me to help try to identify a noise I’d been hearing, and they got me in and out of the shop pretty quickly. They are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and their prices are more reasonable than dealerships. I highly recommend Honda/Acura owners check these guys out!

Discovered this shop last year and will continue to bring my baby (My car lol) to Jermell and the Crew. The shop is located on a back road, with a few parking spaces in front. They usually have a lot of cars In the front area, but the entrance is easily accessible. There are some chairs inside where you can wait during your service. You can also see inside of the garage while they’re working, which is pretty cool It’s best to make an appointment on their new online booking site. Each service is quick and efficient, I have no complaints about my wait times! I was receiving service at a dealership, but wanted to switch to a local shop. I have absolutely no regrets. They are knowledgeable, personable, and always make the effort to explain things plainly. Prices are fair and upfront.

Great service and communication from Honda Medics of CHS. I've used them for my Acura TLX and they are very knowledgeable. Def worth your time if you drive a honda or Acura. Prices are fair and the work is beyond exceptional.

New to Charleston area and needed my 2002 Acura 3.2CL, 172K miles serviced after 3-years stationed overseas. Called around and decided reluctantly to schedule an appointment with the local Acura dealer. To my surprise after describing a whole host of issues I wanted looked at, the Service rep referred me to Honda Medics and I’m glad he did. Honda Medics scheduled me 4-days sooner than the dealer and my final repair bill was at least 10% less than the dealer too. Saving money for quality auto repairs is always welcome but what makes me a loyal patron is the professionalism of the front desk staff and expertise of the mechanic team.
