3 Rock RV Center has been amazing both times we have had things done/fixed on our camper. The second time, we called them one morning after our furnace stopped working overnight, they were there in roughly an hour after we called them. They had us up and working within two hours as they brought parts with them to fix it (rather than diagnose it and have to come back with parts to fix it). They have always been so kind, understanding, and so very helpful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they have been, and we will continue to go there for all of our camper needs!

Good luck getting them to work on your camper. Justin said he would get mine fixed but just keeps ignoring all my calls and texts. Dont say it shouldn't have left the lot like that and that you were going to fix it and then do nothing about it.

We stopped here with a broken trailer water heater, while we were travelling through town. They were very friendly and helpful. They worked on our issue promptly and got us back on the road very quickly. Excellent service!

Showed up on a Saturday morning and Justin was the best!! Very helpful to help us get the part we needed for our camper, he even made a couple phone calls to make sure we were buying what we needed!! No BS, he did exactly what he needed to do to help us. Would highly recommend.
