I recently had issues with my F350 2024 HO Limited. I was working on a tune file in my ECU and I flashed and for some reason it didn’t take, and it stranded me . Couldn’t start my truck at all. I called up to Tyler late Saturday. He answered his phone right away took on his laptop while he was at the fairgrounds worked for several hours remotely because I live in Ohio and tried to refresh my computer in my truck and this was around 10 pm he got up to the next morning Sunday and called me and worked on it again while he was at home with his family, talking about excellent customer service and dedication and did I mention he didn’t charge me anything to do that, so I sent my computer out to him, and he sent it back next day perfectly redone. Started out that it took 11 Days to do what I was told would take 2. Lousy communication during those 11 days. About 5,000 miles later I had to spend over $1,800+ to Fix the stuff they'd done wrong. Loose and Missing nuts and bolts, Turbo not reinstalled properly leaving a dangerous exhaust leak etc etc. I can Not Recommend these guys to work on Diesel Pickups to Anyone.

Tyler does amazing work. I broke down on a trip pulling 5th wheel across WY and he had me back on the road so fast. Truly unbelievable! other shops in Casper were to busy, to expensive, or just didn’t want to work on my diesel truck. Call Tyler at 307 diesel performance.

DO NOT USE 307 DIESEL PERFORMANCE. THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND THIEF. I don't typically like bashing people or their companies online. But I am left with no option other than to do this. I gave the owner the option to make this right or for me to let everyone know what he has done.  He has chosen to still lie and not make it right. I trusted Tyler with my money and my truck, a 2020 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins. I started realizing that Tyler was not telling me the truth when my truck continued to leak transmission fluid and continued making sounds that were supposed to be fixed with his work. I saw the first red flag that he wanted to continue having me throw money and parts at it instead of figuring out what the true problem was, I reached out to another shop after Tyler stated he had replaced.....
