I stopped by today because my 2024 Toyota needed an Oil Change (and I work two streets over). I asked for 5W-30 and they proceeded to tell me my engine needs 0W-8 instead, which I never heard of and is more expensive. I was annoyed but agreed. After departure, I discovered they were right and I was wrong and now my car runs much better!

Walked in the door and was greeted with a welcome and smiling face. The guys came in and explained everything included with the oil and filter change on my classic 3/4 Chevy Silverado pickup. I asked them to check a couple other things and they said sure no problem. They washed my windshield inside and out and vacuumed the carpets, and did a great job and were done in 15 minutes, plus they’re quite a bit cheaper here in Mills as compared to what you would pay in Casper 5 miles away. Clean waiting room and service bays, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend these folks to anybody. Great people great service!

I got a service about a month ago and I just now realized that the guys at Hansen's fixed my windshield wiper blower thing. It hasn't worked since I bought the car, well it works but it doesn't shoot the washer fluid in the right spot, I work at a dealership here in town and even though it probably didn't take enough time to worry about we definitely would have added another 15-20 minutes to the invoice. This is how you guys secure your customers this is why every single time I'm there you guys are packed and your customers are happy.

Last spring, oil change and transfer case fluid change. I didnt realize it for a few days, but way too much motor oil refilled. But, after talking too owner on the phone, situation remedied. Professional , and good management move.

Wonderful experience. Welcoming staff, clean facility, and they even offer refreshments while you wait. Upfront about prices and fairly quick turnaround.
