Shout out to John and the rest of the 309 Custom Audio crew! Anything I said here would be an Understatement to the amount of care and professionalism I experienced here in this shop. They got me in and out in a couple hours and the work speaks for itself. My expectations are far beyond exceeded with this new stereo. I wanted a CarPlay style radio to replace my boring outdated oem radio. The price was very reasonable and they didn’t try to surprise me with any hidden costs. The quote was exactly what I paid. The people at 309 Custom Audio are true professionals at their trade. I was able to set an appointment up the day after I called. I rode with my girlfriend on my 2016 Harley Ultra Glide down from Belvidere Illinois to their shop in Monmouth. They installed a Sound Stream head unit then tuned my existing DSP Cicada amp. Lastly they installed a waterproof shroud in my fairing to protect my investment. They had is up rolling in a few hours. Great people doing great work. My sound system sounds crisp and clear at 80 mph!

All 3 employees at 309 custom audio are top notch at the motorcycle audio game. I came in to get my cicada audio dsp tuned and wow did they knock it out of the park. They know what they are doing with speakers. My music is so crisp now. They are very helpful and cool people to be around. Honest good work. 👍

Recently got my four speaker and head unit installed here, and I’m extremely impressed with not only the turnaround but the overall performance and quality on my 16 SG. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If I’m being honest, I might of made a couple friends and haven’t realize it, until just now lol. If you’re on the fence about this, don’t be. I have zero regrets!

Sent a message on a Saturday afternoon after the shop was closed looking for information on their fairing shroud. They emailed me back almost immediately. Sent me an invoice first thing Monday morning, and I received the shroud on Thursday. You can't ask for better customer service! Thanks guys! And for anyone thinking about not using this shroud when installing equipment in your fairings. Stop, order it. Protect your investment! It's perfectly cut and dyed for your mounting holes. Quick simple affordable piece of mind. Just placed a new order for more of the 309's shrouds. And once again. The customer service is unparalleled.
