They were able to get my tires swapped over while we were there with our kids to visit Santa. They even had a play room to occupy the children while they wrapped things up! I had a bald front tire and called them upand asked if they could fix within the next hour and they said bring it on out there and they would get it right in and they did just that. I bought a tire from them and they mounted it and put it on my car and did it within that hr im really happy now with having a new tire I feel alot safer driving.They also have respect by putting plastic on seats and on floors before they get in your car that is very nice of them to think of that 🙂
I had to get a new tire. I stopped in and they had a tire that would work for me. It only took about an hour and was ready for pick up. They’re very accommodating and very nice people. I will definitely use there services when needed.
I was a walking with no appointment. Due to a tire that was slowly losing air. They were able to get my car in promptly and found a nail in the tire, patched it and I was on my way! Excellent speedy and friendly service!
500 miles from my home in Nashville TN visiting my wife's family farm, 1st time in 27 years got a flat on Turkey Day, new tires at that. I made a temp repair to get through the night and showed up at 7am to get a professional repair before we made the trip back home that same day to avoid the 4 - 6 inches of snow that was set to fall. They understood my concern, knew the journey I had to make and hooked me up with a sweet repair. Here's the part that really made me know I was dealing with people who care about their customers. As he handed me my keys he asked me if I thought I would be able to put 60 miles on it before I set said for Music City USA, my response, naw the hotel of 4 miles away im going there to pack and jet.
