The people that work for this business are very pleasant to deal with. My car has gone into their shop twice now and they have done everything to make the repairs easy. They explain the processes for their testing and ordering very well. I was given up front estimates for the repairs and the prices seem to be average from what I can tell. They offered me an uber both time that I left my car with them and I accepted one of the times. I will absolutely continue going to them for my needs as they have gone above and beyond.

I have come to value customer service above all else as I’ve aged. 360 Auto employees provide unrivaled customer service in my every transaction with them. They have repeatedly provided the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I regret that it took so long for me to realize that I deserve excellent customer service (and you do too) regardless of my tax bracket. Amazing service! Came in as a walk in for an IDOD and a state inspection. Immediately fit me in, no delays. The staff was wonderful. Bill helped us at the desk with a big smile and fast service. I love to walk into a place where the coworkers are smiling and joking with each other. It shows a happy and friendly environment, which is definitely the case here. I will be coming back here for my vehicle needs every time, and I strongly recommend you give this place a try.

Took my car in for inspection. Pointed to two problems that would cause it to fail inspection. Only listed one on the inspection failure slip. Come to find out, the inspection failure they listed (ABS light) isn’t even something that fails an inspection. It COULD indicate that there is an issue that fails an inspection, but it does not automatically fail it. At least put the thing on the paper work that will actually cause a failure. Then they want to charge $500 to repair the actual problematic area. With parts and labor it tops out at $250 at most other shops. and is a cheap and relatively simple at home fix. The ABS light they want to run a diagnostic on that is as simple as checking for codes, and charge me $100 just to test it. And I already know the problem: it’s a bad sensor. A se
