My car stopped in apartment complex parking lot and eventually the truck he brought was too big so the driver called the office in front of me to explained that I will need a smaller truck for the service. The officer called me and lied to me--He told me that my car is located at the alley way and since I did not mention it I am going to be charged $89 service fee. I will include pictures that will clearly show that my apartment doesn't have an alley way. Furthermore, I was present at the time of the driver's call with the owner and not once with the driver state that my car is in alley way, only that his truck was too big for this parking lot.
