I purchased a car from this dealership, and less than 24 hours later the check engine light came on and the car began making unusual noises. I paid out of pocket for a diagnostic and sent the dealership the results within the 30-day engine/transmission warranty. I also paid to have the vehicle towed back to them. I was told by their mechanic that everything was “fixed,” but no documentation or invoices were ever provided despite my requests. Shortly after, I experienced additional serious issues, including a coolant leak, the car shaking as if it was about to overheat, the check engine light turning back on, and oil and coolant continuing to mix. Buying cars is the most dreadful thing I have to do. But coming here not just I found the car I wanted for three thousand dollars less than anywhere else, but they paid for my uber to get there, they waited for me after hours because I get out of work late every night, and they drove me back to my house that night and I came back on Sunday my only day off and they opened especially for me because they are closed Sunday but they came to accommodate me which was the most convenient party of this whole experience.
