3RC Stor&wash

The lady was just flat out rude. I told her the high pressure soap was not working, she said they are working on it. Didn't offer to refund my money. I told her the past 5 times I've been there, always something does not work. She said nothing, so I said I'll spend my money else where. I hear the new place across from HEB is great. So much for supporting this local business.

This used to be a good car wash but has deteriorated. Some letters missing from signage and equipment not working. I went there yesterday, had trouble putting $ in the payment box - it accepted only a $10 bill. Only choice was for the $8 wash. But thereafter, the buttons for choice of a car wash didn’t work yet the light on the stall came on stating to wait. No change or return of the $ I put in. I waited for a bit but that was it. Then I wondered if the place was actually closed and someone forgot to put up the Closed sign.

Terrible car wash. Basic wash $8. No more that 1 1/2 min long. Very low water pressure. When i called customer service the lady said “i got what i paid for”. No lie. Besides the fact that its all trashy looking. Never going there again. Ever ever. And on top of that its all trashy looking.

Was using air dryer not only was it not working but when it touched the hood a bunch of dirt was visible

I used the Supreme wash and everything got really clean except the back hatch. Don't seem like it really touched it at all. (2017 Buick Oncore) I used this once before and it cleaned the hatch just as well. There is possibly something not working quiet right this time. When we go back through Cleveland I would be willing to give it another try.
