3rd Street Garage

My 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 turbo diesel had a transmission/torque converter issue. I wanted to keep my original transmission. Nolan rebuilt it with better parts and extra clutch disc. This 47RE has been awesome at shifting with better response than factory. I have a new found repair shop… referred to my friends as well. Thanks Nolan and staff! Well done!

I've taking vehicles to get services to 3rd Street for years excellent work in the past, but it has come to an end. Had vehicle towed to location for trouble shoot for knocking noise. 2xmonths later it has not been looked at...kept calling for updates and no answer. I kept getting the runaround when I arrived in person for update. Power went out, lift machine stopped working, mechanic at the hospital, awaiting special tool to arrive..etc. Very Disappointed, NO LONGER RECOMMEND.

Husband broke down and was towed to 3rd Street Garage in Frisco and Michael took great care of us. Excellent service and super helpful Very Happy!!!! Honestly I highly recommend them it’s my 2nd experience once my car and now husband’s truck. Transmission went out and Monday got it and Friday it’s perfect! Chevrolet will NEVER TOUCH HIS TRUCK AGAIN! Oh not only fix the bad part but entire replacement of the guts! Now like new 💕💕🥰 Best quick oil changes and stop royal purple oil change! Went in to have my tire leak checked. They told me to come back tomorrow as they ran out of plugs. The next day the guy I met at the counter plain and simple said go to Discount Tire as he didnt have time to help me. If you don't want to do tires that's fine but please say so in the first place instead of giving people the runaround.

Woo! At first look this place appeared small but clean compared to regular auto shops. Richard was prompt to receive and go through the ask. He knew his customer prior. Love to c folks like Richard. He got his team to work and set expectations regarding the time. They offer free internet through the wait. Work done to perfection as promised and car delivered. Issue fixed , feels great.
