I am writing to express serious concerns about the unethical practices I recently experienced at this automotive service center. What began as a routine free brake check and oil change quickly devolved into an alarming attempt to overcharge and misrepresent necessary vehicle repairs. Initially quoted a price of $400 per axle for rotor and pad replacement, the estimate mysteriously escalated to $600, with an additional $800 proposed for gas shock replacements. When I requested visual confirmation of the purported damage, the staff became defensive and only presented one rotor, which was later verified by my dealership as not requiring replacement. Furthermore, the dealership confirmed that the service center had adjusted the vehicle's pass position, which increased wear - a modification

Anyone else get ball joint replacements suggested? The first time they suggested this was soon after I literally replaced my ball joints myself. Once again on a different truck of mine they suggested the same along with inner tie rods, outer tie rods and idler arm w bracket totaling $1428.86. They also were considering new brakes. The manager was the one working on my truck. Luckily I came back to Phoenix where my trusted mechanic shop said my truck is in phenomenal condition and they don’t see anything wrong. This was from 7/23. Over a year and my truck is still in great condition and brakes haven’t been touched. Thankful I got a second opinion. I don’t trust management here and I believe they will make up anything to charge you for something. You’ve been warned.

I love this business! It doesn't matter if its a garden tractor tire, a 14" trailer tire, tires for my f350, or if my wife stops by unannounced and asks the guys in the bay to top off her tires its 5 star service! Most affordable alignments and brake service I've found and we've started taking our vehicles there for oil changes while we shop at Walmart too.

These guys are great! They have helped me with all kinds of tires in the past, from 37s to ATV tires. Always fair prices.
