Amazing mechanics to work with! Makes you feel like family. I personally have communication barriers due to my neurodivergence and he always follows up to make sure I understand if a problem has occurred regarding a misunderstanding and makes sure to fix the error. Repairs are great. No unnecessary charges. Works with you to only do what is needed to get you driving again until you can come back to fix the rest. So grateful for this family of mechanics for all the work they do. If not for them I'd have to have scrapped my truck by now. God Bless.

Very good, knowledgeable, and honest mechanic. Charged us a very fair price for having our transmission fixed. We saved a few thousand dollars compared to what the dealer quoted us to have the transmission rebuilt. We have had no issues with the car since we had it fixed a few weeks ago. Very quick and responsive. We dropped the car off and it was completely finished the next day.

Alternator went out on my vehicle. Mechanics at 4 Klein auto repair were able to squeeze me in on short notice and get my car back in working order. The work was done well, their diagnostics were spot on, and the price was very affordable. Highly recommend this business and I will be using them again.

I had a terrible experience. They left a tool flashlight in my engine compartment that shook loose while driving and broke off one of my coolant lines. I had to have it towed back. The price kept going up due to things they over looked that had to be replaced. They never changed out all the coil paks even though they were putting in a new engine in a vehicle that was sitting for 2 years. I still have a engine light on and don’t know what it’ll take to make it go off.
