I don't own a truck. But my car broke down in front of their shop (on a Saturday) and they pulled it in and fixed it right up, no hesitation. Amazing folks. I will tell everyone about yall. Thanks again.

Highly recommend Fairfield Truck & Auto Service! They hauled our diesel from Chillicothe and had the work done in a little over a week due to having to wait on a part! They dropped the transmission on the first business day of having the truck and fixed the issue and then proceeded to fix the other problems it was having from sitting at another shop for over a year! Josh was great at communicating with us throughout the entire process!

The best transmission shop I've been to. They went out of their way to ensure my truck was working properly. I was blessed that this shop was recommended to me. Although I hope I never have another transmission die again, if it did, I hope I'm within towing distance.

Talked to the guy that answered the phone, I’m assuming the owner. I explained the problem I’m having with my truck and he listened to everything I had to say and was a down to earth dude. I’m saving up a little bit more before I take it here because I know the work it’s going to take to fix it.. I’ll update this review once everything is said and done but I’m not worried about it one bit. The Facebook posts show these guys do it ALL and they have many great reviews. Again, when someone answers the phone and speaks to you like your business matters to them is just awesome nowadays! I’ve seen some reviews mention that he picked up their trucks personally, I haven’t asked them to do that but man that is first class service right there. It doesn’t get any better than that..

Excellent quality work that was completed quickly at a fair price. Josh replaced my injectors and injector harnesses. That gave my 7.3 engine a new life. Plus he repaired my broken door linkage at no cost. Josh has my diesel business from here out.
