⭐️ Review – 4WP Chula Vista (Unprofessional behavior, wrong parts, unresolved purchase) Our experience at the 4WP Chula Vista location was extremely disappointing and concerning. On December 17, we visited this store twice to make significant purchases, paying in cash. From the beginning, the behavior of the sales staff was unprofessional. They began laughing and making jokes in Spanish, unaware that I fully understand the language. During these comments, they made derogatory remarks about our payment method and, more seriously, mentioned the names of well-known clients while mocking them, openly sharing personal information. 4WP Chula Vista – Very poor experience. On December 17 we made significant purchases in cash. Staff mocked us in Spanish (not realizing I understand Spanish), made inappropriate comments about our payment method, and even shared other customers’ names in a mocking way. The parts they recommended were incorrect and for a different vehicle, even though they had already seen our vehicle in the parking lot. An employee later threw the shock absorbers on the counter and raised his voice at my partner. As of January 10, we are still missing paid parts and have not received them. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I do not recommend this location.

Went for an alignment quote and help understanding my lift kit, I was expecting to pay for any adjustments and expecting less than $200 for alignment considering the average for San Diego is ~$170 with options like discount tire (doesn't do lifts, but sent me to Dualtone) at $89. They quoted me $220 for alignment and over $300 for adjustment. No thanks, paid $90 at Dualtone and they did a great job, as well as helped me understand my kit.
