After being a satisfied loyal customer for many years, I will not be back! It seems since the merge with ORW things have went downhill Considerably! SHOP SUCKS!!!! What used to be a thorough 2 to 3 hour job for a re-torque on my lift kit was now a scheduled appointment that took an "entire day". After getting my truck back and noticing that the issues I brought it in for and the reason for the re-torque were not addressed. I figured I needed to look at it myself. Upon doing so I noticed paint marked bolts that had not been touched and clearly not had a socket on them. Three out of four of which were all out of torque. A tie rod and lower ball joint nut being held on by a cotter pin of all things, nkt even hand tight! As well as all four anti-wrap u-bolts on the upper portion of the rear b

So very disappointed. Ordered a backup camera for our Jeep for a Christmas present a couple weeks ago. 1st appointment was rescheduled due to wrong camera sent from another store. Then called and told us the replacement was lost by FedEx. Then told they reordered from.Las Vegas and it could be installed today. Drove hour and a half 2 vehicles dropped it off , had them check it out before we left they said that it would work fine. Hung around Temecula from 10am until 5:15 before they finally called and said that it didn't fit? Seriously 4 hour installed charge and you tell us over 7 hours later? Requested our money back (no install) still out 2 weeks and $100 bucks in fuel for nothing. I have used them in the past and had no major problems,but there are some serious problems with them now.

Had my 2022 colorado zr2 in there for lift and rims/tires. Stewart helped me so much! Went back and forth about 50 emails getting it right and it came out perfect. Top notch. Stewart is a true asset to the company.
