405 Muffler

I called last week for a quote and specifically asked if they would be open on Monday, January 19th (the holiday). The owner told me yes and instructed me to bring my truck in by 8am. I rearranged my work schedule and also made arrangements for someone to pick me up so l wouldn't have to wait until around 2pm for the truck to be done. I arrived on time and waited in the parking lot for about 20 minutes while other customers also showed up. No one ever opened the shop. I called three times, left two voicemails, and never received a call back. I eventually had to leave and will take my business elsewhere. If plans change, communication matters, especially when customers are told a specific time and make arrangements around it.

I needed some exhaust work done to fix a cut in my exhaust. 405 Muffler made quick work of it and did an excellent job. Very friendly with lots of experience. I recommend giving them a call if you need work done.

So I stopped into this establishment yesterday and had a conversation with the owner about replacing the exhaust system on my truck. We worked out all the particulars as far as the material that it would be made out of and what kind of tips to be used and came to a price. At that point everything was Grand couldn't understand the reviews I was reading because the owner was so pleasant and so helpful. Fast forward 24 hours I show up this morning to have the work done on my truck and even though there was full conversation about this exhaust system being made out of stainless steel he tried to force me to use an aluminized system which I didn't want and then stated he didn't remember any conversation about it being made out of stainless. At that point the quote I was given doubled. So all in

These guys were awesome! 💯 Recommend! They got me in right away, had it fixed quickly and we're were very affordable. Affordable. They also gave me a recommendation for some other work I'm needing done.

I stopped in to see about getting some exhaust work done on my truck. I left the shop about 45 minutes later, extremely pleased with the completion of their work. Not only did they get the job done quickly, they also saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend this old school muffler shop!!!
