I had my tires rotated and balanced on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata and it was free because when this car was purchased in 2010 I purchased a lifetime rotate and balance work order. I just had this done recently and paid nothing because of the lifetime rotate and balance I had purchased way back then! This is what makes Jones Tires a staple here on the south side of OKC and Moore, Ok! Dustin is the owner of this establishment and I’m telling you he is the man when it comes to tires, price and most of all service! I don’t want to leave out Dustin’s personal service to his customers, but I’ll bet most people who go there and purchase tires from Jones Tires at NE 27th and Janeway in Moore, Ok will be back because of the qualities I’ve listed here. Went to this tire shop this morning. Had a vibration in the front end so I decided to start with balancing the front wheels. Got right in the young men working in the shop got it up took the tires off and started in. One of the young men came and got me showed me that there was a problem with with the rim he was able to balance it out no more vibration drives perfect. Thank you for the quick fast and dependable service.

Man if you need somewhere to go that’s gonna do you right and takes pride in their work go see Dustin and crew. They’ve done our work trucks, personals lately and they kill it! This is a great place! The shop crew communicated very well and helped each other. The speed and quality of the service was excellent. The office workers must have been the owners. They navigated service and vendor issues with ease. Everyone working there was a customer service maniac. I will be back for sure.
