Cannot recommend Joe enough. After wrecking my car I had no idea how to handle insurance or even what my next steps were. He took care of everything. He was extremely understanding, responsive, and helpful while navigating a situation that caused extreme stress. He allowed me to breathe throughout the process and did all the annoying work (calling the insurance company). He did things very quickly, which allowed me to buy a new car days before the insurance company was even planning to pick it up from the tow yard. As a young single female who knows nothing about cars, I felt I could trust Joe and could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
