4th Street helped me out immensely this past week when the clutch went out on my car at the very end of the day. I live down in the Cities, and I didn't trust it to get me home, so I started looking into nearby shops. Josh and the team at 4th Street got my car in and evaluated first thing the next morning, ordered parts, and had me fixed up by close of the following business day. They offer a shuttle, which was very helpful, as I needed a rental for the day, so saved me some money using a ride share app a few times. They also have loaner cars, but those just happened to be out. They also showed me the bad parts at the end, and taught me a bit about what happened, which I appreciated. Great service!! Very professional looking install of my interlock! The last guys I had install left my windows full of gunk I couldn't get off, wires loose, camera wire got pinched. You guys here at 4th street auto understood my needs and accommodated me in a reasonable timely manner!! Will gladly do business there in the future!!!

I’ve used AutoShop for the past couple of years and have spent well over $5,000 with them. Up until recently, my experience had been good. That changed with my most recent visit. I brought in my 2013 Volkswagen for a heat issue. I had replaced the heater core myself last winter, so when the problem returned, I specifically requested a coolant flush, fully understanding that it might not fix the issue. I was clear that I was willing to pay for the service regardless. I also paid their diagnostic fee without any issue. AutoShop refused to perform the coolant flush and insisted the only solution was replacing the heater core again, quoting around $1,100. Even after I explicitly asked them to proceed with the flush and acknowledged the risk, they declined and said it “wasn’t worth it.” I t

Had a problem with a car that wouldn’t start right before thanksgiving and these guys were awesome! Recommended a great towing company and even though they said it would be Monday after thanksgiving before they could look at it, they found time to work on it that same day. They kept it overnight and did a full diagnostic and everything checked out. Not sure why the car wouldn’t start (not the battery) but they went the extra mile to work on the car quickly and only charged me a very reasonable rate! Five stars and would definitely recommend them!
