I, 100%, recommend this shop! It was tough and stressful deciding which shop to take my car to. I was looking for something that was cheap, trying to keep my premiums from skyrocketing, but also wanted my car back to normal again. I chose from three different shops, in a large radius, and 5-Star Collision and Glass Center was the only shop that I could trust, in comparison to the information I obtained from all three, and it was the best decision ever! Katie worked with me on a double claim and was very patient and understanding. She kept me well informed of every insurance and shop progression and issue (which she resolved) throughout the entire process and followed up quickly on all of my questions and concerns. Best car detailing company! They will never disappoint. They will tell you to literally look if they missed a spot, come back in. The front desk lady... uuugghh I love her! Scott is amazing! Never been a in a vehicle with a white person and just felt too comfortable! Wait maybe I lied but yes, hes the second then. ( btw, Scott provided the ride back to my home) The second woman also was amazing too. Oh yeah I said second because theres no way my other vehicles wasn't going to get detailed after the second! I took some pictures. Sadly I didnt do a before. Oh yeah and imagine my vehicles and the fact that I birth 5 cookie monsters! Excuse the last picture! My daughter has already left the first shoe print after the cleaning 🤦🏾‍♀️

Amanda is wonderful and kept me in the loop, and ensuring I had a ride back home and picked back up when the car was ready. The work was fantastic and timely, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

I've used 5 Star Collision a couple of times and I'm extremely impressed! Yesterday, I sent my son in because his moon roof was leaking into the interior lights whenever it rained. They not only got us in to look at it the next day, but was able to locate the problem and repair it, as well. Plus, because it was a small fix, they didn't even charge us! There are not many companies around whose customer service could compare to that! I'll be sure to use them any time I need body work or repairs.

After my son’s car was hit, we are very happy with the service we got at 5-Star Collision. Paint matching is not an exact science and while it took two attempts to get to the color the way we wanted it, the final result was excellent.
